Upgrading

Hey, I have paid a hear ahead for a PLUS-plan, and was thinking of upgrading to PREMIUM, but as I understand it, I still have to pay the full amount without any refund for the amount already paid? Thats like paying twice and a sure way of making sure people WON'T upgrade. Anders

At the moment we do not provide refunds and do not prorate payments, that were already made. We are working on connecting new payment system to RoundTeam, which will have such functionality. 


Let us know if you have more questions.

Make an option so you can process it manually then, and just subtract the pre paid amount from the PRO upgrade.
Hi, do you fix this. I also want to upgrade my account but I do not want to pay twice for the services.
