I am trying to change my configurations and keep getting an "Unknown Error" and "Rate Limit" error. Please advise.

I can see that you currently have 3 configurations in Twitter Lists that have been updated over the past 2 days. Are you still experiencing issues with "Unknown Error" or "Rate Limit error"? If so, please open a new ticket here so we can address this issue properly.
