There is a limit on the number of retweets that can be made by each Twitter handle in RoundTeam over a span of 30 days.  For the convenience of its customers, RoundTeam has several subscription plans which allow a different amount of retweets in the span of 30 days per Twitter handle:

  • FREE: 1 Twitter account is allowed with the limit of 200 retweets per 30 days (average 6-7 RT per day)
  • PLUS: 1 Twitter account is allowed with the limit of 600 retweets per 30 days (average 20 RT per day)
  • PREMIUM: 3 Twitter accounts are allowed with the limit of 3000 retweets per 30 days per Twitter account (average 100 RT per day)
  • BUSINESS: 10 Twitter accounts are allowed with the limit of 25000 retweets per 30 days per Twitter account (up to 35 RT per HOUR)

When any Twitter account exceeds the number of retweets per 30 days allowed by the current subscription plan, it is marked with a "Quota exceeded" label. Retweet activity will be paused for this Twitter handle till the next 30-day quota is available. The process of pausing and activating is 100% automatic. Twitter handle will resume retweet activity automatically as soon as the new retweet quota is available. Please note: the absolute maximum number of retweets per hour is 35 for any user. If any Twitter handle reaches 35 retweets in one hour, that account will temporarily be marked as "Quota exceeded" till the end of that hour.

Important: Retweet quota is different for customers who purchased subscription plans before September, 17th 2016. For these customers there are set hourly limits (as opposite to monthly limits) to the amount of retweets that can be made by the RoundTeam account.
