Currently we provide the following levels of customer support for RoundTeam Help Center requests:

  • BUSINESS customers: first response time within 24 hours 7 days a week for all request types
  • PLUS, PREMIUM customers: first response time within 3 business days (first response time for unblock requests may reach up to 5 business days)
  • Users who don't have paid subscription with RoundTeam: we encourage such users to search a RoundTeam Help Center knowledge base, since it has answers to most of the questions, and to check helpful video tutorials on RoundTeam How-To page. We process Help Center requests from such users on a lowest priority on a first-come-first-serve basis, wait time may reach up to 3 weeks or more.
